What you will be doing
Under the general direction of the Director, Brand and Program Development, Good Neighbor Pharmacy this role is responsible for the management of patient-facing web and digital media marketing and strategy for the Good Neighbor Pharmacy program. Responsibilities include My GNP Mobile app, MyGNP.com and social media plan execution across all platforms.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages campaign development and management of digital strategies across all media including but not limited to major social media outlets
Manage presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram, Google+ and other similar community sites
Develop content and manage overall site function for MyGNP.com
Manage UI/UX for the My GNP Mobile App and increase customer and patient utilization.
Develop effective integrated cross-channel campaigns that are consistent across all user touch points.
Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of digital and web efforts, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results
Deliver reporting and insights that accurately measure channel performance on a weekly through annual basis that measure against those target metrics
Developing growth strategies for our major social media channels and oversees content delivery through marketing automation tools and services
Generate, edit, publish and share digital content that builds engagement and expands reach
Work closely with Field Advertising Managers to educate and execute social media campaigns
Works closely with the communications team to ensure all campaigns are properly communicated internally and externally
Ensure that brand standards other related GNP messaging, are upheld throughout the network.
Support and implement AmerisourceBergen enterprise social media strategy
Assists with annual budget development.
Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time.
Performs other duties as required.
What your background should look like (minimum qualifications)
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Requires broad training in fields such as marketing, public relations, communications, business administration or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Normally requires 3-5 years directly related and progressively responsible experience.
MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM
Comprehensive understanding of web analytics (Google Analytics specifically)
Strong knowledge of current social media platforms and trends
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
Strong communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Strong presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
Strong computer skills, good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Adobe, InDesign, and Illustrator
Ability to be multi-task oriented
