The Position: Indow’s Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving leads and converting them to sales through a combination of lead generation (paid media/SEO/social media) and marketing automation (email/SMS). You will work with our VP of Customer Journey to craft a customer-centric experience that delivers the right message at the right time for every step of our sales funnel.
You can expect to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. This position reports to the VP of Customer Journey, and is eligible for up to full-time (5 days/week) remote or hybrid work for employees residing in the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area (including Vancouver, WA).

Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize and maintain campaigns across our suite of advertising, social media, and automated messaging platforms.
- Develop campaigns and content to reach new audiences and convert existing prospects.
- Analyze and report on channel performance and trends.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop or refresh ad collateral and web content.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop or refresh email and SMS messaging.
- Manage contractor & agency relationships as required.
- Field new marketing opportunities including sponsorships and influencers.
Primary Qualifications:
- Proficiency in at least 4 of the following ad/social platforms: Google, Bing, Stackadapt, Facebook, Quora, Reddit, Nextdoor, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or other similar ad platforms.
- Strong familiarity with analytics (GA4, Piwik) and reporting (Looker, Funnel) tools.
- Proficiency with at least one marketing automation platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, Mailchimp).
- History of cost-effective campaign optimization.
- Strong grasp on current marketing best practices, as well as consumer behaviors and trends.
- Understanding and enthusiasm about AI’s growing role in advertising and content generation.
Education and Experience:
- 6+ years managing Paid Media campaigns for an online brand or marketing agency.
- 4+ years managing communications within a Marketing Automation platform.
- 4+ years managing social media for a national brand.
- 2+ years working with creative teams to develop ad content and/or landing pages.
Compensation:
- Annual salary between $90,000 and $100,000 depending on experience.
