This is an opportunity for a temporary role within our HR team as an Administrative Assistant. This person will support the Talent Acquisition Team with various administrative functions across the group. The Assistant will primarily work on tracking, reporting and processing candidates. He/she will gain exposure to the full recruitment life-cycle in a highly visible, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Create and edit job descriptions using Jobvite
Updating candidate files with documentation through the applicant tracking system
Scheduling interviews
Assisting with reporting and hiring metrics in Excel
Auditing and updating candidate files in Workday and Jobvite
Entering and tracking background investigations and notifying candidate when they clear

Minimum Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 1 year administrative experience
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with email and calendar clients, preferably GMAIL
Must have the ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with ease
