Hosts are the first point of contact for guests coming to Butter Me Up. They're the first face our guests see and are responsible for welcoming people into the store. Ensuring that guests have an excellent experience begins and ends with the hosts, which is why they are such an important part of our team. Hosts must maintain a positive attitude and friendly manner when engaging with every single person who walks through our doors.
Essential Job Functions
- Respond and anticipate guest needs.
- Graciously greets and thank each customer.
- Follow Butter Me Up operational procedures and policies including but not limited to:
- Cash Handling
- Safety & Security
- Good Personal Hygiene
- Teamwork and Support
- Maintain clean and organized workspace throughout the operation.
- Provide greeting and experience to guests.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all aspects of food, beverages, and restaurant operations.
- Clean, stock inventory, and take pride in store appearance.
- Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
- Maintains uniform and grooming standards for Butter Me Up.
- Take responsibility for all host job functions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience within a customer-facing environment
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a food and beverage focused environment
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
