BASIC FUNCTION
The Financial Wellness Coach (FWC) in the Women of Wealth Program, the primary role is to guide and educate participants in improving their financial well-being and achieving entrepreneurial goals. A Financial Wellness Coach will teach essential entrepreneurial skills, money management, financial literacy, and technology's role in finance to enhance generational wealth. Working closely with participants, the FWC will assess their financial situation, identify areas for improvement, and create personalized strategies for effective money management, stress reduction, and long-term financial security planning. This role requires a strong understanding of personal finance, budgeting, saving, investing, and debt management, as well as excellent communication and coaching skills. The goal of a FWC in the Women of Wealth Program is to empower women towards financial independence and entrepreneurial success.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Deliver comprehensive financial education courses and workshops, focusing on entrepreneurial skills, effective money management, financial literacy, and the use of technology in finance. Must be able to present complex financial concepts in a clear and accessible manner for customers with varying levels of financial knowledge.
B. Assist in the development and enhancement of the program's financial education curriculum to meet the specific needs of the participants. Create educational materials, resources, and tools to enhance clients' financial literacy.
C. Monitor and track participants' progress towards their financial and entrepreneurial goals, providing feedback and adjustments as needed. Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with participants to assess their financial situations, identify goals, and create personalized financial plans. Provide actionable strategies and recommendations to improve financial habits and achieve financial goals. Responsible for maintaining and monitoring a caseload of participants to provide ongoing financial guidance and support.
D. Foster a positive and supportive environment for participants, encouraging active engagement and participation in the program. Assist participants in understanding their financial strengths and weaknesses. Address participants concerns, questions, and uncertainties about personal finance matters.
E. Have knowledge of, and the ability to utilize technology for meeting, presenting, documenting, and marketing purposes.
F. Assists in representing GKA and the program at relevant meetings in the community. Provide outreach services to the community at large regarding WoWs purpose.
G. Create a business plan and can teach and connect people with resources for third party reselling.

H. Is on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in entrepreneurship to continually enhance the quality of instruction.
I. Promotes an environment of workplace safety. Assures that duties are performed in a safe manner and safety requirements are adhered to.
J. Communicates progress, problems, and concerns to the Women of Wealth Program Director.

Bachelors Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or relevant field; or a combination of education and experience to enable the individual to meet the standards and expectations of the position. Ex; candidates with proven experience in financial coaching, financial advising, or financial education.
Able to work a flexible schedule which may include some nights and weekends.
This position requires daily travel in and around assigned service area
Possess excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey financial concepts to individuals with diverse backgrounds and knowledge levels.
Organizational and time management skills to handle both group training sessions and individual coaching effectively.
A genuine passion for financial literacy and entrepreneurship, with a commitment to helping others achieve their financial goals.
Must be able to obtain and maintain certifications.
Ability to independently organize work to completion.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform work in a flexible environment with limited routine or standardization of work projects.
Must possess a valid drivers license and satisfactorily complete a motor vehicle check on an annual basis.
Must complete and successfully pass Criminal Record Check, Child Abuse Clearance and FBI Clearance.
