A BGR Kitchen employee is an integral part of the day‐to‐day operations at every ABC restaurant. The BGR Kitchen employee is responsible for consistently executing all ABC kitchen systems and standards to provide the guest the highest quality food products. The Kitchen employee adheres to all ABC recipe specifications while preparing or cooking any BGR menu item and is accountable for safe food handling, food quality standards, and picture perfect presentation. The Kitchen employee demonstrates a willingness to be a team player, has a positive attitude, and meets all BGR kitchen uniform and grooming standards
Culinary Standards 1. Clean as you go – Always stay ahead of keeping your area clean. The guest sees your work area and forms an opinion of our food and sanitation. 2. Always use quality product – If any product you touch is questionable bring it to the attention of a manager immediately. 3. Prepare all food within the 10 minute ticket times 4. Practice safe food handling procedures at all times 5. Demonstrate total teamwork. Keep your team informed 6. Take care of the tools and equipment you use.

Salary: $8.00 to $10.00 /hour
