Small team so you work directly with the head of marketing. Opportunity to own analytics and reporting. Implement content strategy with oversight of websites, blog, podcast, social media.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for updating, maintaining, and reporting on all website and related digital activity. Plans, executes, and evaluates digital marketing campaigns (email and social media), elevating our presence across all channels. Podcast and video production.Identifies emerging technologies and provides perspective and recommendation for adoption where appropriate. Maintains, and updates as needed, marketing collateral and presentation materials. Support marketing lead with strategy and planning.

Core Responsibilities

Design, build and maintain social media presence

  • LinkedIn
  • Maintain LinkedIn group pages for all divisions
  • Maintain LinkedIn postings for Managing Partner sales and marketing
  • HR LinkedIn Group job postings and discussions
  • Twitter & Facebook
  • Plan, schedule, develop and implement postings (media, events, trends, podcasts, video, etc)
  • Monitor all social media accounts, hashtags and key search terms
  • Manage response

Website management and maintenance

  • Website edits as needed
  • Collect, document and interpret user traffic data using Google Analytics and other tools for various reporting cycles
  • Establish regular cadence of reports and insights for internal distribution
  • SEO/SEM
  • Audit each website 3X annually; report to senior management

Email campaigns

  • Product specific sales
  • Client eNewsletter
  • Holiday cards – lists, deployment
  • Develop and maintain processes and procedures to maintain consistency and efficiency of programs
  • Quarterly and/or campaign tracking, analysis, reporting as appropriate to the initiative

Podcast and Video Production

  • Coordinate with host(s); schedule as needed
  • Record and edit content
  • Post to website and digital media according to plan
  • Manage transcript process from creation through posting
  • Track and report on KPIs

Public Relations

  • Coordinate responses to press queries
  • Distribute press notifications
  • Post/share press on all social media platforms
  • Back-up point person with boston.com and The Boston Globe for weekly column
  • Back-up point person with MoneyInc.com for monthly post

Experience/Skills/Knowledge

· 2 - 3 years of experience in a professional organization
