Job Description:
As a Post-Harvest Processing Technician, you will play a crucial role in our post-processing team, ensuring that dried cannabis flower is meticulously trimmed and prepared for packaging. You will follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and quality throughout the trimming process.
Responsibilities:
- Trim and manicure dried cannabis flower according to SOPs to meet quality standards.
- Hit minimum goal of 908g of product per day.
- Ensure all trimming equipment is cleaned, sanitized, and maintained.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold sanitary conditions and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cultivation and quality assurance teams to meet production goals and quality targets.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies regarding cannabis handling and processing.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Cannabis Trimmer or in a similar role within the cannabis industry.
- Proficiency in trimming techniques to maximize yield and quality.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of cannabis strains and their unique characteristics.
