Job Duties and Responsibilities
Travels regularly to customer sites (25%-50%) to align customers current and future needs with the performance of the business
Develops and manages all aspects of the quoting, pricing, and contracting processes
Provides accurate forecasts for all customer accounts for quarterly, biannual, and annual reviews on future business while highlighting and tracking risks and opportunities
Gathers market intelligence and provides reports detailing the status of customers, competitors, suppliers, and influencers of the industry
Works with customer service representatives and pricing estimators to ensure seamless support to the customer
Owns the customer relationship, supporting regular communication through onsite meetings, video conferences, phone calls, presentations, video conferences
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Contracts, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, and/or Accounting
7-10 years of sales experience within the aerospace industry
Understanding of the technical nuances of the key product lines (swaged fittings, standards, and tooling)
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, area, circumference, and volume
Ability to travel up to 50%
