T3 is seeking freelancer Sales ambassador / educator in Phoenix, Dallas, Chicago and Miami. The freelancers will be responsible for the delivery of retail sales and building relationships with our retailers in store associates. They will focus on selling, education and merchandising in store.
Primary Responsibilities
- Sell $100 an hour while in store.
- Educate retail associates on features and benefits of T3 products.
- Conduct regular visits to current retail partners to assess that the product placement is accurate.
- Run T3 branded stylist events.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Sales experience in retail beauty department i.e.: Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Ulta and Dillard’s
- Solid understanding of sales, product knowledge, events, operations, retail culture and cosmetic industry.
- Ability to see problems and develop action plans to get past them (inventory/stock issues, staff performance, turnover, logistical issues related to events, etc.)
- Cosmetology license and some salon experience preferred.
- Availability to work key business hours including weekends.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and insured car.
