Description
Provides day to day management and support of our Oil and Gas SCADA Products (RTU, Flow Computer, Software, or Preset product lines) with the goal to drive growth and profitability of the given product lines in the context of our overall strategy.

Responsibilities
Interfaces with global sales organization to understand global business opportunities and unmet customer needs.
Provides product support, product positioning, sales tools, and pricing strategies for global channels.
Develops & delivers sales channel training.
Processing of new product/solution enhancement requests and associated global market research to validate enhancement market opportunities.
Performs competitive analysis and product benchmarking exercise to understand and articulate current and planned differentiation, benefits and customer value.
Studies and understands market trends, technology trends, and use cases and how those correlate to product deliverables.
Supports preparation of marketing deliverables through the New Product Development process working with Engineering to balance tradeoffs and define deliverables for product development.
Plays an active role in new product launches and releasing of new product enhancements
Works with Marcom to develop and implement promotional collateral & programs
Support the business in actively transitioning legacy products through their lifecycle and developing customer awareness of the advantages and functionality of the next generation product.
Additional Information
Travel will be required to interface with global customers and sales channel. Travel will also be required to interface with global engineering and product development teams.

Requirements
BS degree in Engineering or Marketing and 3 years of previous product marketing/engineering experience. Or MS degree and 1 year of previous experience.
Knowledge of basic Oil and Gas production techniques is a plus.
Good understanding of RTUs, Flow Computers and Preset products and applications, preferred.
Ability to develop messaging and drive differentiation, preferred
Good interpersonal skills, preferred.
