The Frito-Lay Law Department is seeking a highly skilled and talented Administrative Assistant. The position is located in Plano, Texas and is responsible for providing administrative support to a team of senior-level in-house attorneys and/or legal assistants.

Responsibilities include:
Work with colleagues and executives to schedule meetings and proactively manage calendars.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including the preparation of visa travel documents, as warranted.
Manage outside counsel engagement and billing utilizing online billing platforms (e.g., CounselLink).
Interface appropriately with internal and external clients and senior executives.
Prepare and reconcile T&E reports in Concur and P-card as appropriate.
Handle and protect highly confidential and proprietary information.
Coordinate and plan staff meetings and other large department gatherings
Maintain content, accuracy and visual organization of files (or informational databases).
Organize, maintain, and procure office supplies.
Manage, update and organize departmental documents, records, mail, and correspondence.
Manage departmental projects as assigned.
Assist with ad hoc projects and assignments.
Qualifications/Requirements
5-10 years of administrative experience - law firm or in-house legal experience strongly preferred.
Proven track record of supporting executives or other senior leaders as well as managing multiple and competing priorities.
Must be highly organized, a quick learner, pay close attention to detail and proactively follow-up.
Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced and high intensity work environment, be highly motivated and a self-starter adept at independent problem-solving when necessary.
Mastery of all Microsoft Office suite programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to anticipate needs and issues and observe and act upon opportunities to improve team efficiency.
Must have excellent interpersonal, time management, and problem solving skills.
Ability to make clear and timely decisions, develop a work schedule, set goals, and create/implement actions plans to monitor progress.
Must display professional maturity and ability to support and interact with all levels of management.
Mastery of business technology (e.g., telepresence, SAP, portals, etc.)
Mastery of the use of office equipment such as computer, voice messaging and digital multi-functional devices (fax/copier/scanner/printer).
