Position Summary

This position is responsible for the aligning trade marketing initiatives with company objectives and supporting DSD sales for all regions, including international sales regions. This position develops and maintains an efficient information system and tools to help the sales force improve their efficiency.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Optimize use of promotional budget.
  • Designs and implements sales campaigns to increase sales volume
  • Analyze financial reports to track margins and analyzes the EBITDA to SKU level included in profits
  • Responsible for related cost and expense forecasting to ensure profitable margins are maintained
  • Assists with annual financial planning and obtaining results based on objectives (LMO’s)
  • Makes recommendations for the trade marketing strategy to achieve defined business objectives across all product categories
  • Responsible for the DSD sales module and creates financial and operational reports
  • Provide support to supply chain department to optimize supply side of the operation
  • Negotiates with various departments to ensure appropriate inventory level
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required
  • 3 years of Retail industry experience required, to include:
  • 1 years of supervisory experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
