Summary

The Manager of Brand Creative is the right hand to the Sr. Manager Brand Creative. This role is responsible for contributing to conceptualization and execution of projects for the Carhartt Brand, including the B2B/Industrial business. This position is also responsible for working with in-house and out of house partners to bring stories to life.

Responsibilities

Execute and contribute towards the brand creative vision embodied in all forms of consumer touch points to include: print catalogs, sales support materials, advertising campaigns, promotional concepts, retail displays, POS, .com, and internal communications.
Provide guidance and leadership to the B2B/Industrial team with conceptual direction and creative materials.
With department leadership, participate in the training and development of the creative team of in house designers and writers.
Direct the work of outside agencies and freelancers to develop effective, on-target creative solutions, programs and strategies
Collaborate with internal and external partners to oversee the development of the strategic approach for the brand
Demonstrate project management responsibility with respect to timelines, budgets and briefs
Concept and execute creative for brand collaborations with others brands, retailers and vendors
Provide creative direction on video and still photo shoots to ensure
Provide recommendations to the Brand Creative team in order to bring strategic stories to life for broad audiences through presentations, videos, etc.
Education

Bachelor's Degree Required in Graphic Design
Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Required Skills and Experience

Minimum of 8 years of agency or client side creative experience required
Apparel/footwear brand experience preferred
Experience in branding with proven ability to incorporate marketing principles in all forms creatively
Exceptional presentation skills
Advanced business and organizational skills
Consumer knowledge and insight
Experience directing multiple projects with competing resources and deadlines
Recognized as an industry leader with a track record of industry success
