Role Description: E-Commerce Marketplace Associate

The Marketplace Assistant will be an integral part of our growing team dedicated to third party marketplaces (e.g. Amazon.com; Walmart.com). Responsibilities will primarily involve administrative tasks related to our operations on E-Commerce Marketplaces. The Marketplace Assistant will report to the Senior Manager of Marketplaces & New Products.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring inventory, order and tracking information to help ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitoring operational health reports and scorecards for each marketplace.
  • Updating product information in our catalog and synchronizing with our marketplace catalogs.
  • Create and track all support cases.
  • Responding to correspondences with our marketplace partners.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and escalating issues to appropriate parties.
  • Monitor and report on customer reviews across marketplaces.
  • Other related tasks as needed.

Job Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience: 1-3 years in online marketplaces or catalog management preferred.
  • Experience with one or more third party marketplace environments, such as Amazon.com, EBay, Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, Jet.com, Commerce Hub, and Channel Advisor.
  • Strong copywriting, proofreading and verbal skills.
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Basic HTML a plus.
