MUST BE...graduating in May 2020 and
holding the RHIA certification - OR - already scheduled to sit the exam
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
Self-motivated with high analytical skills
Ability to perform tasks with minimal direction
Ability to perform extensive clinical research
Excellent professional, written and oral communication skills
An enjoyment of technical challenges and eagerness to explore new approaches
A willingness to ask for help and to communicate whenever necessary
Current with industry knowledge focused on terminology, vocabularies and code sets
Ability to work collaboratively
Must have full authorization to work in the US without requiring current or future visa support/sponsorship. Unfortunately, due to federal standards, no OPT, CPT, H1B or similar visas requiring sponsorship can be supported.
