If you answered YES to these questions, then we want to hear from YOU. We are seeking high-energy individuals to work in our production facility producing photo books, calendars, cards, blankets, mugs and many other items for the upcoming holiday season.
What you will be doing during:
-
Serve in a working lead role as a guide to answer questions, offer insight and organize responsibilities.

Organize and plan team meetings, discuss goals, assign duties, and set clear goals.

Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
-
Monitor team performance and report on metrics daily.
-
Motivate team members and encourage sharing of ideas.
-
Assist supervisor and/or managers with all related duties.
-
Contributes to the business by adhering to best practices and seeking out opportunities for continuous improvement driving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Supports the compliance with, and the maintenance of, safety requirements in accordance with company policies and/or federal/state laws.
-
Responsible for assisting with the team’s success of meeting daily production goals, quality standards, and service times while monitoring and maintaining efficiencies, labor usage, and waste percentages working independently with minimal direction from the Supervisor and/or Production Manager.
Season: Mid-October to end of December
Shifts Available: (Shift Start Times Depend on Department Assigned)
1st: Monday to Thursday 5am to 5pm or 5:30am to 5:30pm
2nd: Sunday to Wednesday 5pm to 5am or 5:30pm to 5:30am
3rd: Friday to Sunday 5am to 5pm or 5:30am to 5:30pm
4th: Thursday to Saturday 5pm to 5am or 5:30pm to 5:30am

Requirements:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, )

Good interpersonal skills including the ability to build relationships at various levels

Effective oral and written communication skills

Must be a self-starter and be able to successfully execute initiatives with minimal guidance and accomplish stated goal

Excellent leadership and decision-making skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work as needed, particularly during high volume periods, to ensure that departmental objectives are accomplished including working overtime as needed

Collaborate and able to work effectively as part of a team on the floor and with management

Reliable mode of transportation

Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide documentation at time of hire for I-9
Our working conditions:

Physical activities including but not limited to reaching, pulling, pushing, gripping, grabbing, and must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
