We have an opportunity for a Human Resources professional to join our team at our Apopka, FL location! You will staff hourly positions, lead, coordinate and implement HR policies, procedures, programs and documentation. As an integral member of a phenomenal team, you will also facilitate employee relations and engagement efforts, termination processes and organization changes.
Participate in a variety of HR processes, including performance management, staffing, training initiatives, compensation, career development, employee relations, and HR policy development.
Detect and handle employee relations issues and work with client leadership to identify and implement solutions.
Manage high volume hourly production recruiting.
Manage the day-to-day activities and timely follow-up of any Ethics Compliance Hotline activities
Respond to questions regarding benefits, payroll, and other HR policies and issues.
Manage issues related to HR administration.
Create reports as required for compliance purposes.
Take a leadership role with environment, health and safety related issues as needed

Demonstrable HR experience in a Manufacturing or similar environment working with an hourly workforce.
Proven understanding of Florida and Federal labor laws.
Ability to work efficiently, drive for results, meet deadlines and analyze situations.
