Opportunity & Overview of Position:

The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the marketing, lab, and sales teams. This candidate will liaise project completion between departments. The ideal candidate has experience with project management, customer satisfaction, and business support. This position is responsible for the management and execution of projects to effectively achieve marketing plan objectives.

Core Function

Immediate responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Provide support services to the marketing, lab, and sales teams.
  • Prepare, fill, and label samples for shipments to customers.
  • Prepare shipping documents and pack shipments of samples to customers.
  • Assists in maintenance of work areas.
  • Prepare customer presentation materials.
  • Candidate will coordinate between lab, marketing, and sales projects.
  • Will be involved in management of entering customer projects.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task and navigate serval projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outgoing and personable.
  • Ability to learn quickly and understand all aspects of the business.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Results oriented and driven.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with other database platforms.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Higher education preferred but not required.

Background:

  • Must possess exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and problem resolution skills.
  • Must be organized, detailed and have ability to handle multiple tasks at once and redirect focus based on company’s needs.
  • Ability to be a self-starter and lead primary goals.
