Inside Sales Associate

Arrow Magnolia International Inc - Dallas, TX


As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing long term customer relationships enabling high levels of retention via outbound phone and electronic based communications.

You will be in control of a database and focused on growing and maintaining the customer market. Your day to day activities will include retention calls to existing customers, following up on cold and warm leads to convert into sales, accurately updating the CRM systems, and cross selling our full range of products.

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent verbal / phone communication skills
  • 2+ years successful selling experience (Inside Preferred) - customer service and telemarketing experience will be considered

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • An assertive personality, high energy level and resilient character
  • Ability to rapidly build knowledge of Arrow’s product lines
  • Experience handling the full sales cycle from qualification to close
  • Experience managing customer relationships and leveraging those relationships to expand business
  • Outbound sales calling experience
