**Warehouse Worker** **Overview** We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operation, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely movement of goods from our warehouse to our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment and possess the skills to manage inventory, and optimize supply chain logistics. **Responsibilities** - Assist with warehouse operations, including inventory management, freight handling, and production planning to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products. - Coordinate with the production team to plan and execute efficient production schedules, utilizing systems such as AS400 to track and manage inventory. - Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse and its operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures. - Collaborate with the fleet management team to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of goods. - Implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize warehouse operations and improve supply chain efficiency. -Utilize warehouse management systems to track and manage inventory, monitor product movement, and optimize warehouse operations. - Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure a smooth supply chain. - Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize operations. **Experience** - 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment or logistics role. - Strong knowledge of supply chain logistics and warehouse associate best practices. - Experience with fleet management and freight handling. - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. **Skills** - Supply chain experience - Production planning - Distribution center experience - Fleet management - AS400 systems - Continuous improvement - Supervising
