What you'll be doing...

As an Administrative Assistant in Trust Accounting, you will be one member of a team of three, responsible for processing the Accounts Payable for about 40 clients. You will also be assigned assorted clerical functions for the department. The Trust Accounting Department prepares all of the financial books and records for each client, including monthly financial statements.

  • Process and enter invoices for various Trusts using
  • Submit electronic payments to banks
  • Process and mail A/P checks
  • Coordinate with managers for check approval
  • Maintain records including W9 files for Trust and vendors
Who you are...

  • Experienced. 2+ years of A/P experience
  • Technically Savvy. Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, QuickBooks,
  • Organized. Strong organizational skills and the ability to utilize time management and multitask in a fast-paced work environment
  • Communicator. Excellent verbal, written and professional interpersonal communication skills
  • Team Player. The ability to work effectively in a team and willingness to take on extra responsibilities when needed
  • Adaptive. The ability to learn new computer systems quickly
