```Duties:```
- Prepare and dispense medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist
- Perform medication reconciliation and review patient profiles for drug interactions
- Utilize medical terminology to accurately communicate with healthcare professionals
- Maintain inventory of medications and supplies, ensuring proper storage and labeling
- Follow aseptic technique when compounding sterile products, including IV infusions
- Provide patient education on medication use, including inhaler technique
- Assist with medication therapy management and adherence programs
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care
```Qualifications:```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited pharmacy technician program
- Current pharmacy technician certification (CPhT)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician in an acute care or critical care setting
- Proficient in medical terminology and understanding of pharmacy operations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of aseptic technique for sterile compounding
