We’re looking for a Part-Time Leasing Consultant who is eager to learn the property management business. You’ll help your team with sales and marketing and provide excellent customer service, all in the name of securing the best possible residents for the property. Along the way, you’ll handle lease administration duties and oversee move-ins. The schedule for this position is FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND MONDAYS- Flexible with hours being 9-5 or 10-6 but SATURDAY SCHEDULE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION-
What you’ll do:
Show apartments to prospective renters, explaining pricing and lease terms, and processing rental applications.
Develop lease packages and execute excellent customer service to facilitate smooth move-ins.
Set sales goals and achieve them through innovative advertising, website marketing, social media engagement, and networking.
