May include;

Performs receptionist responsibilities
Processes mail, faxes, invoices, etc. and distribute to appropriate department/person.
Manages GDI contact lists including phone and email.
Processes invoices, a/p vouchers and expenses reports.
Prepares documents, filing and other general offices duties as required.
Handles incoming and outgoing phones, correspondence; processes branch incoming mail.
Prepares and writes correspondence for management.
Sets and confirms appointments; schedules and coordinates meetings, conferences, etc.
Assist operations and training group with travel arrangements and expenses.
Generates and delivers reports and distributes communications.
Orders and maintains supplies.
Processes permits and business licenses
Manages sales reporting for various programs
2 – 4 years
High School diploma and some advanced education

Knowledge & Skill:
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel & Outlook and Power Point.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Works well in a faced paced, constantly changing environment.
Ability to multi task and work independently setting priorities for self.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
