Digital is a global organization with around 200 employees of many nationalities. You will be joining a dedicated team of highly skilled and experienced colleagues who are responsible for digital innovation and architecture, service design, global implementation of projects and 3rd level operations support.

You will be joining a dedicated team of 7 colleagues in Europe, Asia and US, with responsibilities covering operations and changes of the infrastructure services.

We are looking for a candidate who will:
Ensure the day to day operation to ensure stable operation of all technologies
Continuous monitoring of the technologies to proactively catch any issues
Incident and Problem analysis and resolution in accordance to set SLA
Manage continual improvement initiatives within the technology area
Raise Change or Project Requests when needed
Monitor capacity and ensure capacity plans are in place for the relevant technologies
Resolve events and incidents for relevant technologies and as identified via Event and Incident Management
Establish monitoring for relevant technologies
Ensure a high level of availability of the technology
When needed participate in task force investigations of problems via root cause analysis
Secure that a disaster/recovery plan is in place for each technology area
Ensure relevant operational processes and procedures are documented and maintained for the technologies
Participate in projects
Follow guidelines and prepare documentation in all delivered solution
Customer focus in all areas at all times
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
The holder of the position will be expected to have a deep knowledge within infrastructure areas, particularly in a distributed environment, along with broad experience about servers, virtualization, applications, databases, patch management etc.
High experience with most areas within: (2 - 5 Years at least)
Server operating systems
Microsoft Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams
Cloud based services i.e. Azure or AWS
You are highly self-motivated and enthusiastic, driving changes that adopt new technologies or use current technology smarter. You thrive solving complex problems, learning about new technologies, building the best solutions and communicating your ideas.
You are a team-player with strong analytical skills and focus on providing visible results. You show drive and can motivate your colleagues.
You like working in a global organization and working in virtual teams, exchanging ideas with peers and management, always respecting the viewpoint of others.
You have excellent English skills, spoken and written, international experience or background and have a good understanding of different cultures.
You are a strong person who isn’t afraid to taking full responsibility, and quickly adapt to your new role in the team.
