(Fruit expert / CSR) Summary of Key Responsibilities * Demonstrates a strong understanding of product knowledge and quality standards. * Develops enthusiastically satisfied Guests all of the time. * Welcomes and connects with every Guest to provide excellent Guest Service. * Discover Guest needs and appropriately suggests product with every Guest to enhance service and meet sales goals. * Assists Guests in the selection and purchase of Edible Arrangements and other products offered by Edible Arrangements. * Uses effective sales approaches and displays strong knowledge of productline. * Effectively converts Guest inquiries into sales * Builds long-term relationships and builds the trust and loyalty ofGuests. * Responds to Guest needs * Maintains Guest Service area and equipment in a clean and appealingmanner. * Demonstrates “just say yes” behavior when taking care of Guest needs. * Manages difficult Guest situations in a calm and professionalmanner.
(Production) Summary of Key Responsibilities : * Arranges bouquets according to Edible Arrangements methods and procedures * Prepare a variety of arrangements according to Guests' orders or supervisors' instructions, following approved procedures and proper portion sizes. * Plans arrangements according to Guest requirements, utilizing knowledge of Edible Arrangements designs. * Selects fruit for arrangements * Wash, peel and/or cut various fruit to prepare for arranging * Package arrangements or dipped fruit * Receive and store fruit supplies, equipment, and utensils in refrigerators, cupboards, and other storage areas. * Clean work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, and silverware * Inform supervisors when supplies are getting low or equipment is not working properly * Remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers * Assist with taking in deliveries * Follows proper food sanitation and handling procedures
(Delivery) Summary of Key Responsibilities: * Accurately delivers Edible Arrangements products to Guests in an efficient, courteous and timely manner. * Gathers and organizes delivery tickets by area * Logs tickets in the computersystem * Organizes most efficientroutes * Loads product in the delivery vehicle * Assists with food production tasks and other duties asneeded * Maintains clean and safe vehicles * Responsible for vehicle maintenance andcare * Safe operation of delivery vehicles
