Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Fulfillment and Manufacturing Non-inventory Goods
  • Support Fulfillment and Manufacturing Operations as Requested by Senior Leadership
  • Manage Policies that Effectively Meet Customer Demand and Financial Commitments to Coordinate the Scheduling of Production and Materials
  • Understand, Comply with, and Implement the Policies of Quality, Safety, Health and Environment and Those that Apply to Fanatics
  • Regular Interaction with Local Vendor Representatives to Improve Delivery, Quality, and Lead Time Reduction
  • Maintain Accurate and Effective Metrics to Enable Predictability and Management of Inventory and Performance
  • Maintain Floor and Product Organization through Daily Inspection, Virtual and Physical Management, and Protection of Goods to Ensure Optimum Efficiency and Orderliness
  • Coordinate and Manage Virtual and Physical Cycle Counts of Non-Inventory Materials
  • Regular Interaction with Local Vendor Representatives to Improve Delivery, Quality, and Lead Time Reduction
  • Engage Regularly with Operations Staff in Regards to Material Needs
  • Interface with Fulfillment and Manufacturing Leadership, Purchasing, and Supervisors on Material Status and Production Planning Issues
  • Monitor Production Capacities and Inventory Levels Daily (To Include Raw Materials, Components, Work-In-Process) and Communicate throughout the Organization as Required to Ensure Sufficient Capacities and Levels are Available to Fulfill and Manufacture Scheduled Product
  • Increase the Productive Capacity of the Working Groups by Initiating New ideas, Processes, and Systems
  • Ensure Material Receiving Systems and Processes Maintain Accurate Records
  • Verify Quality and Commercial Specifications and Agreements
  • Maintain Timely Control of Orders, Amendments, Shipping Notices, and Other Documents to Ensure Accurate Retention of Records
  • Produce Appropriate Procurement Reports Showing Inventory Levels, Shortages, Shrinks, and Work to Continuously Improve Procurement KPIs

Education & Experience Requirements

  • High School Degree or Equivalent is Required
  • Associates Degree is Preferred
  • 1 yr. Fulfillment or Manufacturing Experience, Preferred
  • Demonstrates Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills throughout Multiple Levels of Leadership
  • Build Credibility and Trust Accordingly
  • Ability to Effectively Influence Athletes, Fans, and Management
  • Ability to Stand 8 to 10 Hours per Day
  • Ability to Lift Up to 25lbs Frequently
  • May be Expected to Lift and Reach
  • Able to Understand and Follow Verbal and Written Instructions with Minimal Supervision
  • Able to Multitask
  • Must be Able to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Must be Able to Work Flexible and Overtime, as Needed
