National distribution and manufacturing company seeking a highly motivated individual to fill an immediate role of Customer Service Representative. Individual will be responsible for providing service to all of our customers, business-to-business and E-Commerce.
Applicant will be expected to:
- Field phone calls from customers and sales reps
- Accurately submit and process customer orders
- Exercise excellent communication skills over phone and email
- Simultaneously navigate multiple software systems
- Learn company products to accurately answer customer questions
- Create and process product returns
- Assist in other projects and duties as assigned
Experience:
- 2 years Customer Service Experience
- 1 year phone customer service experience
- High School Education
- Experience in Quartz or Solid Surface Industry is a bonus

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
