The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for communicating with customers by phone and email for placing new orders, tracking shipments, product returns, credits and any other related questions they may have. This position will involve heavy use of our ERP system for entering orders, checking inventory, pricing, credit, etc. Additionally, you will be auditing customer orders for accuracy prior to entering, and updating as necessary. This role will work with several other departments within the company such as Credit, Shipping, Merchandising, Reception and Sales.
Hourly Position, M – F, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with the ability to work additional hours as needed.

Maintaining a clean and organized work space is required.
- Degree preferred, or previous customer service experience.
