My name is George Rogers and I am a Recruiter with Kelly Services, Inc., a Fortune 500 workforce solutions company. We are currently seeking to fill an Accounting Manager position in North Wales, PA. I have attached the details of the opportunity below:
Duration: 10+ months

Close process responsibilities include routine reconciliation of inventory with 3rd party suppliers under the TPO umbrella, including local ERP to vendor statements as well as the calculation and booking of Inventory Reserves related to TPO.
One key objective of this role is to be a proactive business partner with the 3rd Party Supplier planning group. To achieve this will require establishing a close working relationship along with routine interaction in order to assist and provide guidance to the planning group for TPO so the finance function runs smoothly.
Additional routine responsibilities include: the monitoring of and closing batches/work orders, performing routine batch variance analysis and, routine PPV analysis along with any necessary accounting adjustments for either. This position will also be responsible for all TPO transactions that impact cost of goods sold as well as oversight of freight related expenditures for the TPO group including overseeing outside processing COGS/Stability testing related expenditures as well.
This position will be the focal point for developing the Product Costing budget during the annual planning process, and will actively oversee the TPO Product Costing/Roll responsibility as well as ad hoc requests as needed.

Lastly, this position requires good soft skills that can be used to interact with and influence the TPO planning group.
