Job Description

Role / Title

This position provides financial counsel to the BU category team including Marketing, Sales, and Operations. As a financial representative on the team, the Sr. Analyst supports the decision making process as it relates to quarterly/annual reviews, monthly close process (analysis and reporting), oversight of commercialization initiatives, and development of the strategic plan. The position interfaces daily with all members of the category team to understand business results and ensure delivery of financial commitments. In addition, the position interacts with the Operations group to support productivity efforts and works with Procurement to align on strategic pricing and risk management strategies.

Key Components of the role

Helps develop category financial plans and monitor delivery against objectives
Ensure effective and efficient use of A/C/T budgets
Revenue management / Pricing management
Develop and update new product propositions
Take ownership of category P&L
Financial reporting and forecasting
Financial SME across marketing, operations & sales
Support cross-category initiatives and productivity efforts

  • Minimum Qualifications
BS in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration required
Finance rotational program experience a plus
Minimum of 3 of experience in Finance/Accounting
Strong business acumen, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Ability to influence cross-functional team members
FiT and SAP knowledge desired; advanced excel knowledge mandatory
