Product Manager - Internet Marketing / Project

The world's leading supplier of online personalized and promotional products is looking for a full-time Product Manager - Internet Marketing / Project, to join our Marketing and Print Department in Fremont, California. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated professional looking to make an immediate impact at an established company over 20 years.

You will be a core part of a small, agile team focusing on online as well as retailer products with our marketing and design team. You will be also collaborate with our marketing team to provide all inception, refinement, documentation, and training for those products.

  • Marketing research on potential growth products and pricing
  • Lead planning and implementation of on boarding clients or partners.
  • Prepare products to validate customer provided instruction.
  • Create/write detailed of procedures, work instructions, and documentation
  • Training internally or externally
  • Communicate effectively with clients, internal team, and provide timely response to inquiries
  • Manage product lifecycle and product roadmaps with clients and vendors
  • Be able to work directly with customers to establish relationship, understand their needs, and resolve technical issues.
  • Competitor research and communicate back to the teams
  • Lead requirements, design, development and testing of integration phases.
  • Identify, track and resolve project risks and issues.
  • Ensure integration status, issues and successes are communicated to marketing team, management and documented appropriately.


  • BS/BA degree or related experience
  • 1-3 years experience in graphics and printing is preferred
  • Familiarity of at least two of the following - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Coral Draw, Gimp
  • Great writing and communication skills
  • Experience of mobile app and website design tools is a plus
  • Knowledge of CSS, HTML, or javascript is a plus
  • Knowledge of product or project management tools is a plus
