Position Summary

Manages the planning and execution of multiple, complex system-wide projects related to organization effectiveness, aligning with the IU Health Mission, Human Resources and Learning Institute Strategies. Responsible for providing administrative decision making, leadership, planning and management of project resources, metrics, outcomes, and communications. The Project Manager, Organization Effectiveness will act as liaison between executive sponsor, project stakeholders and subject matter experts. Ensures system-wide alignment, continuous improvement, clear communication, meeting deadlines and effective execution.


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or equivalent years of experience is required; Master's degree preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.
Requires 3-5 years of relevant project management experience.
Requires experience working in a large highly matrixed clinical/business organization.
Requires ability to prioritize and process multiple complex projects, deadlines, and processes with attention to detail and accuracy.
Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office.
