The Position

We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Program/Project Manager who has 2-3 years of work experience. Exposure to the health advocacy or biopharmaceutical healthcare industries is a plus. This individual will report to a Director.

The Senior Healthcare Program/Project Manager will be responsible for managing existing accounts and leading project teams for a defined book of business.

Key Responsibilities

After completing a nine (9) month training period, key responsibilities will focus on supporting account and operational activities as outlined below:

  • Work as part of a team to provide operational and executional support on a range of projects
  • Independently develop project work plans and project timelines
  • Assist with developing budgets and cost estimate for program initiatives
  • Manage project schedules and ensure adherence to established timelines
  • Assist in coordinating market research projects for commercial clients
  • Conduct qualitative telephone and in-person interviews
  • Help to manage collaborative programs that bring together healthcare and non-profit organizations
  • Assist with, or lead client communication
  • Participate in development of proposals and final reports
  • Deliver final report and other client-related presentations
  • Conduct background research on specific therapeutic areas, medications, procedures

Minimum Requirements

  • 2-3 years of project management experience in an office environment
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other relevant master’s degree preferred
  • Must be eligible to work in the USA without sponsorship
  • Work on site in Princeton, NJ headquarters required

Additional Experience/Position Requirements

  • Interest in the healthcare industry
  • Market research experience preferred
  • Must be proactive and self-directed
  • Must provide strong attention to detail
  • Ability to travel – up to 30%
