DUTIES: DFS Corporate Services LLC seeks Lead Business Analyst in Riverwoods, IL to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of the incident management process. Ensure that all IT teams follow the incident management process for every incident. Provide leadership and maintain status updates with Banking Production Support (BPS) team. Provide leadership and oversight with BPS team in order to resolve incidents within the specified Service Level Agreements/Operational Level Agreements. Keep business informed about their incidents status at agreed intervals. Escalate incidents, as necessary, to Core Banking leadership and vendor support teams. Be a liaison to other IT support teams as well as third party vendors for incident resolution. Communicate incidents that have completed root cause analysis and need to transition to an agile development team.Verify resolution with end-users business leads and resolve assigned incidents. Own preventative actions and remediation action plans. Participate and provide updates in daily incident review meetings with business leads. Coordinate incident data for weekly and monthly incident management reporting. Highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic. Excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal, and organizational skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills. Work with both technical and non-technical business partners. Promote a risk-aware culture, ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in job offered or related position: utilizing technologies including Finacle Product Core/CRM, SQL, Oracle Server Github, Jmeter, Jenkins and AIX; and utilizing batch processing, platform architecture and agile methodology, test management.
