We are hiring a Client Relations Trainee to help us ensure client satisfaction, loyalty and retention while fostering long term partnerships.
As a Verizon Client Success Representative, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall client experience and driving business growth through effective communication and understanding of our clients needs. This position involves working closely with various teams, including sales, customer support, and business development, to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
Verizon Client Success Representative Job Duties:
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the other teams to address and resolve client issues effectively and efficiently
- Proactively anticipate potential problems and implement strategies to prevent them from arising
- Monitor and manage the performance and satisfaction of assigned client accounts
Verizon Client Success Representative Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is often preferred. Relevant certifications or additional training in client management or customer service can also be beneficial
- Previous experience in client relations, customer service, sales, or account management is usually required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with clients and team members
This position requires direct sales. Pay is based off performance and strictly commission based upon completion of training
