We are leaders in our field, we are open-minded, enthusiastic and forward thinking and looking for an energetic passionate licensed BCBA to join our fast growing ABA center. We are a smaller company so YOUR voice is heard each and every day. The ideal candidate will have significant experience providing behavioral and parent training including behavioral intervention of children with autism, developmental delays and similar behavioral concerns, assessment of children’s needs using appropriate psychometric assessment tools and consultation with colleagues and community organizations. They will be comfortable leveraging a variety of learning strategies and platforms to best support the educational and therapeutic needs of the children. This position will report directly to our BCBA and Clinical Manager as well as the CEO. Candidate will also be able to support and interact with students in our Shine Behavioral Academy that is a partner school to Shine Behavioral LLC.
Shine Behavioral is a unique, passionate multi-disciplinary therapy center for Autistic children from ages 2 through adolescence. BCBA responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Supervise and provide direct training to all Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), as well as any BCBA grad-students in a telehealth capacity.
- Maintain a caseload of up to 5-6 clients and provide direct supplemental supervision to clients in the clinic setting.
- Provide parent, teacher, and staff training on the direct principles of ABA and behavior modification.
- Conduct functional behavioral and verbal assessments /analyses (VBMAPP, Vineland III, PEAK, FBA, QABF, etc)
- Customize treatment plans to meet individual needs based on assessment and monitor client progress towards goals.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as insurance paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with insurance requirements for session notes, treatment plans and supervision, treatment authorizations and RBT requirements, etc.
- Maintain case files per center standards.
- Assists in program development in partnership via consulting agreement with renowned Autism clinic.
- Assist Clinical Director in all aspects of day to day clinician management and development.
- Provide behavioral consultation to Shine Behavioral Academy (our private NPO school)

REQUIREMENTS
Master’s degree from accredited university in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Minimum 2 years of experience as a BCBA preferred
Minimum 4 years experience preferred providing ABA services to children with Autism and other developmental disorders (this can be prior to becoming a BCBA as a Registered Behavior Technician)
License or certification and credentialing that would allow for insurance billing.
Experience facilitating social interaction in children with autism in group settings.
Knowledge of conducting skill and behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, etc.)
Expertise in development of skill acquisition and behavior reduction program.
Minimum 1 year of providing services via telehealth.

We offer ABA therapy, Speech therapy, Occupational therapy, Music therapy and additional services such as an on-site special needs hair stylist, outdoor play area, respite aftercare, an activity room and a specialized sensory room.

Pay: $40-55 hourly with a minimum of 20-25 hours of billable time per week.
