What you'll do:
We are looking for a self-motivated, team-oriented individual who will drive our internal teams and vendors to ensure flow of new products and meeting of deadlines. In this critical, highly visible role, you will manage the launch of new product programs. You will play a key part in providing LifeFuels customers with the best user-experience by driving the development and deployment of next-generation products. Support Program Management department goals relating to on time new product shipments, manufacturing product quality adherence (on spec), and achievement of product cost budgets.

Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Purchasing, and Software Engineering to deliver new products and solutions
Define the program plan/schedule and manage program execution
Deliver executive communication/presentations and drive the decision-making process
Ensure tight inter-team coordination and communication
Effectively and consistently communicate overall program status
Identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies, and program issues quickly and efficiently
Improve the system: look for patterns, offer best practices, and implement change
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Understand and follow company rules and regulations
Perform all other duties as assigned or required
Requirements

About you:
Typically requires 2-3 years of technical experience, and at least 1 years of program management experience
Technical background (e.g. hardware development) with knowledge of technology core competencies
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience and is data driven
Self motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
Great leadership skills and ability to inspire team members
Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles; remains flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty
Teamwork: the candidate must be able to fit in well with a team, understand capabilities and priorities while fostering a collaborative environment
International travel may be required
Communication: Engage in written and oral communication that is clear, unambiguous, transparent, and consistent with the organizational vision, mission, and values
Job Knowledge: Understand duties and responsibilities, have necessary job knowledge, have necessary technical skills, understand company mission/value, keep job knowledge current, be in command of critical issues
Teamwork: Drive all team deadlines and responsibilities, listen to others and value opinions, help team leader to meet goals, welcome new team members and promote a team atmosphere
Decision Making/Judgment: Recognize problems and respond, systematically gather information, sort through complex issues, seek input from others, address root cause of issues, make timely decisions, make difficult decisions, use consensus when possible, and communicate decisions to others
Initiative: Tackle problems and take independent action, seek out new responsibilities, act on opportunities, generate new ideas, practice self-development
Problem Solving/Analysis: Break down problems into smaller components, understand underlying issues, simplify and process complex issues, understand the difference between critical details and unimportant facts.
Quality: be attentive to detail and accuracy, be committed to excellence. Present work in a professional format, with figures checked and correct grammar and spelling. Look for improvements continuously and go the extra mile to present a complete and polished finished product. Monitor quality levels; find root cause of quality problems, own/act on quality problems
