Job Title: Consulting Psychologist (contract position)

We are seeking a Consulting Psychologist to offer expert psychological services, including assessments, interventions, and consultations, to support the mental health and well-being of our members. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in psychology, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for individuals and groups.
- Develop and implement tailored intervention plans based on client needs.
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions.
- Consult with members/guardians to identify and address psychological concerns.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions on mental health topics.
- Stay current with developments in the field of psychology and apply best practices.
Qualifications:
- Master’s in psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D., preferred) from an accredited institution.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a psychologist.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical or consulting role.
- Strong understanding of psychological theories and practices, especially as they relate to members with I/DD.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience with diverse populations and a commitment to inclusivity.
- Proficiency in relevant psychological assessment tools and software.
