## Overview
Custom Design Hair is an upscale, private, busy center who only focuses on men and women experiencing hair loss. We offer a variety of hairloss solutions including regrowth, scalp treatments, and hair replacement. We are seeking a licensed Cosmetologist either willing to apprentice and learn our specialty to join our team. Or /and a cosmetologist with experience in hair loss to work full time. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and wellness, specifically a desire to help those struggling with hair loss. A good candidate will be proficient in inter personal skills, be well versed in hair cutting, and coloring or have a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate will have experience in hairloss, hair replacement, trichology studies and be willing to give and receive best practices.
We are searching for the candidate that is looking for a full-time, long term position. Must be willing to sign a noncompete/trade secrets agreement.
Hours are Monday-Friday 9:30am- 6:30pm and Saturdays 10-3. Saturdays are mandatory but are not every Saturday.

## Duties
- Perform hair cutting, styling, and coloring services
- Provide hair extensions, toppers, wigs, medical grade prosthetics, and other beauty services
- Utilize knowledge of color theory to recommend and apply appropriate hair color treatments
- Offer retail products and advise clients on at-home hair maintenance
- Stocking of salon inventory
- Use salon software for scheduling appointments and tracking client preferences
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment
## Requirements
- knowledge and above average of color theory, and retail math
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Familiarity with salon software for appointment scheduling and inventory management
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
