CSP's Sales, Marketing & Administrative practice is partnering with an event design and décor company based in Hyattsville, MD. The ideal candidate has experience in new business development along with an eye for design, and the ability to spatially imagine and create an event environment
- To facilitate the client's needs, from concept to execution and ensure client satisfaction for each project.
- Work with teammates to draft proposals, detail services to be rendered, and pricing.
- Create and track event expenses via P&L reports, ensuring margins are aligned with expectations.
- Lead client calls, site visits, and production meetings.
- 6 + years’ experience in events or a related field
- 3 + years’ experience in a sales position or other related experience
- Excellent project management skills
- Working knowledge of design trends/styles

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
