- Support Director of Personal Shopping, facilitating messages, orders, special requests, scheduling of appointments/meetings.
- Assist with mailing of thank you notes, invitations, and seasonal catalogs.
- Responsible for maintaining client file, securing client information, and reporting the accuracy of all service activity with clients.
- Responsible in maintaining and building the Personal Shopping Business.
- Participate cooperatively in office meetings and planning future endeavors.
- Meet planned monthly sales goals.
- Communicate effectively in client servicing needs and all follow-ups.
- Network & Build relationships with existing and new clients and with tenants to brand, promote, and sell Americana Manhasset products and services.
- Evaluation criteria include: Impact on sales; Increase of new clients, effectiveness of increasing competitiveness of Americana Manhasset; feedback of managers, cooperativeness as a flexible team player.
- Flexible schedule (nights/weekends required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
