Job Title: Server/Bartender
Overview:
We are seeking an energetic person to join our front of house team. Each team member is fully cross trained to learn how to serve as well as tend Bar.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beers, and wines in accordance with company standards.
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register.
- Adhere to all food safety and beverage regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in opening and closing duties as required.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic math for measuring ingredients and processing payments.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts for inventory management is a plus.
- Experience working in banquet settings is advantageous.
