## Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist in Charge to oversee our pharmacy operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the pharmacy staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, and providing exceptional patient care. ## Responsibilities - Manage and supervise pharmacy staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to policies and procedures - Oversee medication dispensing, compounding, and inventory management - Conduct patient consultations and provide drug information to healthcare professionals - Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing pharmacy practices - Develop and implement quality assurance programs to enhance patient safety - Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes ## Skills - Proficiency in medical management and ICU pharmacy practices - Strong knowledge of aseptic technique and medication administration - Experience in critical care, utilization review, and acute pain management - Excellent patient care skills with a focus on pain management - In-depth understanding of physiology and pharmacology principles Join our team as a Pharmacist in Charge to make a meaningful impact on patient care while leading a dedicated team of pharmacy professionals.

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
