What you’ll be doing...
You’ll be the go-to person when it comes to requests to enable new user experiences and new content on our Verizon Enterprise Solutions website. You’ll get people excited about our website in your day-to-day interactions with our stakeholders. You’ll find creative ways to connect with our various audience segments. It’s a competitive world out there, but your insights and ideas will help us maintain our leadership position.
Independently lead efforts to enable a best-in-class online experience on verizonenterprise.com. This requires focus on SEO, optimization testing, necessary infrastructure updates, streamlining our story/messaging, implementing logical and concise navigation, streamlining calls to action, adding visuals and integrating social sharing. For much of 2018 we will be in the process of moving to a new platform, so these responsibilities will be focused on launching the optimal experience and testing as needed, while learning the ropes of the new system, and while keeping the existing site going as we live in both worlds for a period of several months in 2018.
Improve online digital efficiency by optimizing landing page experiences for paid search, display ad, paid social campaigns, as well as e-mail, social, Thought Leadership, Webinar and Event campaigns, to generate visitor engagement and leads.
Drive SEO improvements and leverage traffic to collect email addresses and marketing consent, generate customer engagement, driving digital engagement traffic.
Publish contents and manage assets in the Adobe Digital Assets Platform (DAM).
Establish strategic testing plans and leverage the Adobe optimization testing tool, Target, to execute those testing plans.
Lead large volume of web projects simultaneously, requiring digital strategy development and execution, project management of content delivery (client requirements, coordination with agency, where needed, approvals), coordination with development, content publication via the Adobe CMS, execution and quality control, and asset inventory and maintenance via the Adobe DAM.
Manage team to compile weekly projects prioritization sheet to be reviewed and vetted by colleagues on user experience/content team, paid advertising team and development teams. Management of online editorial calendars to support regular home page refreshes, promotions updates and event refreshes.
Manage relationship with vendors – Drive and direct agencies who help to support the design of the site and SEO, for seamless execution and on-time delivery, including tracking of hours and budgets to ensure we hit deadlines and objectives on time and on budget.

You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Four or more years of relevant digital work experience.
Experience in digital marketing, UX, content publishing, project management or any related experience.
Experience in Content Management System.
Even better if you have:
An advanced degree - Masters in Business or a Masters Certificate in Digital Marketing, UX.
Eight or more years of work experience.
Experience with marketing, sales, sales operations, branding, marketing communications, copy writing.
Managed multiple competing priorities and stakeholders.
Proven ability to develop and implement strategic digital marketing plans.
Proven experience in implementing and delivering value through digital content in an international organization.
Knowledge of creative and technical development processes involved in producing web content.
Exceptional project management and prioritization skills.
Writing, editing and proofreading skills.
Demonstrated track record in the development and deployment of B2B online channel programs.
Capability to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels of the business and to various stakeholder groups, both in writing and verbally.
High energy, self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated leadership and management skills, particularly with outside vendors.
Excellent judgment and the ability to handle escalated situations.
Outstanding problem solving skills.
Proven track record as a successful negotiator with all levels of management.
Proven ability to build relationships and work independently.
Strong knowledge of relevant Verizon reporting systems currently in place.
Proven ability to review and analyze various reports to measure success.
Social media platform knowledge.
