We are currently seeking an experienced Solutions Delivery manager to lead a high-performing Agile team measured on business outcomes. In collaboration with Architects, Developers, Analysts, and Testers, you will be accountable for delivering new solutions to market, post implementation support and system enhancements that provide a first-class customer experience.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Provides design recommendations based on architecture and technology IT organizational strategy.
Develops enterprise level application solutions including enhancements, interfaces, functions and features.
Provides insight regarding the integration of applications into the enterprise environment.
Develops programming and development standards and procedures for code reuse.
Manages relationships with other managers, business stakeholders and/or IT customers.
Contributes to and implements business area plans, integrating activities with Business and IT strategy and direction.
Ensures adherence to company and IT enterprise standards, goals, processes and policies.
Communicates and reinforces corporate-wide and IT specific strategies.
Provides reports of status and work progress or project delivery.
Initiates action to assure delivery of various aspects of projects, process improvement or work efforts.
Leverages data, both quantitative and qualitative, to understand obstacles to delivering business value and takes action to address issues.
Assesses team’s strengths and weaknesses to influence and motivate effective teamwork.
Evaluates team and individual’s work output/results and provides direct, timely feedback in order to ensure timeliness and quality.
Develops, coaches and motivates IT professionals to improve performance and develop new skills.
Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to direct and oversee the work of others.
Proven ability to plan, oversee, track and report on projects.
Experience using quantitative and qualitative analytical skill to solve problems.
Interpersonal and negotiation skills and abilities to influence others.
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to quickly learn new business functionality, technologies, and stay current with industry trends.
Experience developing IT talent through coaching and mentoring.
Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems or a related field and 5 or more years of experience in a similar field or position. Use Microsoft .NET Core, C#, MVC, JQUERY, Entity Framework, SQL Server/T-SQL, SOAP/REST/JSON Web Services, Object Oriented Design, CRM, Enterprise Patterns.
