Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist with 2-5 years of experience in accounts receivables and sales within the food industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, and restaurants. The role involves managing client interactions, recovering payments, supporting the sales team, and maintaining accurate CRM and QuickBooks data.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Interaction:
- Call clients to collect and update company information.
- Share our product portfolio via email or WhatsApp.
2. Payment Recovery:
- Recover payments that are over 30 days past due.
3. Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in placing orders using our CRM technology.
4. Coordination:
- Coordinate payment receipts with our office administrator.
5. Data Maintenance:
- Ensure our CRM (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar) and QuickBooks data are clean and up to date.
Requirements:
1. Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in accounts receivables and sales roles, preferably in the food industry.
2. CRM Proficiency:
- Previous experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar).
3. Skills:
- Excellent customer service, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
4. Bilingual:
- Full English-Spanish bilingual proficiency.
5. QuickBooks Experience:
- Basic experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
