JCPenney Logistics seeks a friendly, motivated, customer service-oriented Asset Protect Team Lead for our 2nd shift ( 2:00PM - 10:30PM, Days off to be discussed upon interview). Experience preferred.
DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:
Associate will be responsible for leading associates including training, scheduling, and maintaining entrance and exit points on the property on your assigned shift. Associate will also be responsible for shrinkage awareness programs, record maintenance and utilizing the CCTV System. Associate will ensure that all security posts are maintained throughout the facility and that all duties associated with every post are executed on your assigned shift. Associate will also ensure that the staffing and execution of processes at the facility truck gate are completed daily. Associate will need to be flexible and accommodate a work schedule that could change weekly and include revolving days off and working either/or 2nd and 3rd shift schedules. Schedule flexibility and overtime may be required and may include holidays and weekends.
QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational, skills.
- Strong attention to detail; able to work independently and strong interpersonal skills.
- Requires walking, prolonged sitting / standing, reaching, bending.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook email functions.
- Knowledge of CCTV functions and operations.
- One to three years’ experience in the same or related field is preferable.
- Be able to obtain a PIT equipment operator license.
