*Job Overview* We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and operating the cash register in a retail environment. *Responsibilities* - Utilize Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately - Provide product demonstrations to customers - Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions - Perform basic math calculations for transactions - Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining store cleanliness - Supervise and support other team members as needed - Maintain phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries *Qualifications* - Proficiency in using POS systems - Ability to sell products effectively - Experience in conducting product demonstrations is a plus - Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members - Competency in operating a cash register - Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately - Capability to assist with stock management tasks - Prior experience in supervising or leading a team is beneficial - Knowledge of phone etiquette for customer interactions
